The school makes an effort to exceed and enrich the primary curriculum established by the Nova Scotia Department of Education. The core subjects are: Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Health. Additional subjects include: Computer Studies, Music, Physical Education, Art, French, and Drama.
The Bellroyal Academy encourages students to be capable, confident, creative, and curious. We foster critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
A maximum class size of 14 students ensures much individual attention. All school supplies are included. Extended hours are available for working parents.
Students who complete the program are eligible to apply for Grade 1 in the public school system.
